Background
Below is a table for sunrise and sunset and moonrise and moonset for Paradise, Mt. Rainier NP. For the month of September 2015 and the azimuth of sunrise and sunset, the sunrise moves south through due east from 77 to 93 degree true north, which is east-northeast to east, and sunset moves south through due west from 283 to 266 degrees true north, which is west-northwest to westward during the month, respectively.
The table of moonrise and moonset azimuth for Seattle is available for September 2015. The difference between Seattle (shown in table) and Mt. Rainier is relatively minor and can be adjusted in the field.

For what it's worth, knowing your exact location in the NP isn't that critical as you can use the calculation for Seattle, Washington to be sufficient close to make any minor adjustments in the field.
